AI Freedom Alliance Summit 2026
Taft Dayton Partner Zachary Heck will serve as a panelist on the “Regulatory Framework for AI” panel at the upcoming AI Freedom Alliance Summit. The summit will feature interactive and educational sessions led by thought leaders, technologists, policymakers, and advocates who are passionate about making AI fair, transparent, and beneficial for everyone.
Heck’s practice focuses on privacy, data security, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) counseling. In 2025, Heck became a globally certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) through the IAPP, reflecting his leadership in AI ethics, risk management, and legal compliance. He is an adjunct professor of cybersecurity law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law and Wright State University, where he earned the 2017 Excellence in Teaching Award for Adjunct Faculty.
