Accountable Care Proposed Regulations and Waivers

or repeat session on
Wednesday, April 20, 2011
On March 31 CMS, the OIG, the IRS, and the FTC and DOJ all released proposed regulations or notices addressing ACOs and the Medicare Shared Savings Program–attempting to clarify the many, many legal and practical issues in implementing this aspect of PPACA. A panel of experienced Taft health law, tax and antitrust attorneys will explain these materials, discuss their practical implications and answer questions. Given the broad impact many anticipate that this model may have on the health care industry, this webinar will provide information of value to hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, other institutional and private practice providers, private and non-profit organizations, consulting and advisory firms, accountants, and more.
