Last Fall, Ohio voters passed a statutory initiative that legalized the purchase and use of recreational marijuana for adults 21 and older. While the regulation of the sale and use of recreational marijuana is still in flux, Ohio employers should start preparing for workplace changes in the wake of legalization.
