2021 NABT Annual Conference

Karl Johnson was a speaker at the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) Annual Conference. His session focused on Asset Sales and Liquidating Plans in Sub V.

The conference included several speakers that are major players in the Bankruptcy industry. The three-day event covered the usual Chapter 7 Trustee and Chapter 11 Trustee tracks but added the Subchapter V Trustee track.
