Program Description:
This interactive ethics program uses realistic legal practice scenarios to explore some of the most common ethical risks facing attorneys today. Through audience polling and discussion, participants will analyze dilemmas involving confidentiality breaches, conflicts of interest, artificial intelligence, attorney wellness, billing practices, social media investigations, supervision, and departing lawyers. Attendees will examine the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, identify warning signs that often precede disciplinary issues, and learn practical risk-management strategies for responding to ethical challenges before they become professional responsibility violations. The program is designed to help attorneys strengthen ethical decision-making, improve compliance, and develop proactive approaches to protecting clients, law firms, and their professional licenses.
