Program Description
Shareholder, joint venture, and similar governing agreements routinely present complex valuation issues that require careful legal analysis and precise drafting. This program is designed exclusively for attorneys and provides a substantive, practice-focused examination of valuation issues that arise in closely held private companies, particularly in connection with buy-sell, put, call, and other shareholder exit provisions. The program addresses scenarios in which an attorney represents a client seeking to enter or exit a closely held business where no liquid market exists for the ownership interest.
Taft has applied for 1.0 hour of CLE credit for this webinar. Approval is pending across Taft markets. Attendance will be recorded through Zoom. After the program, attendees will receive a survey to complete for CLE credit.
