For New Clients: If you are submitting an advance retainer payment, please include the name of the attorney you are working with in the payment notation field.

Invoice Payment

To our Clients: Thank you for using our online payment option to pay your invoice(s) or to make an advance payment for costs. We are committed to offering safe, secure, and convenient options to pay your invoice(s) using eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, or GooglePay.

Taft will never have access to your cardholder data.

Invoice Payment with Cryptocurrency

To pay an invoice using a participating digital currency, please use our Pay By Crypto option. Funds will be settled to your Taft account in USD.

If you are making a New Client Retainer payment, please refer to the “Retainer Payments” option to pay by credit card or eCheck.

Payment Fields   Include the following information:
Invoice #   Place a “0” (zero) in this field.
Client #   Include your last name or company name.
Notation   Include the name of the attorney who handles your work.

By selecting the appropriate button below, I direct this payment towards a required retainer or deposit. I acknowledge that the payment will be made into the Firm’s IOLTA account in the jurisdiction selected, subject to being transferred into a Firm IOLTA account established in the jurisdiction where my matter is based, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the engagement.
