Program Description:
This CLE program examines the ethical and practical challenges attorneys regularly encounter in probate, estate administration, and trust matters. Attendees will explore how conflict rules apply in family-centered representations, fiduciary appointments, confidentiality issues, and matters involving diminished capacity or undue influence. The presentation also addresses best practices for fee arrangements, candor to the tribunal, and risk management strategies designed to reduce grievances and malpractice exposure. Participants will leave with practical guidance for navigating complex relationships while maintaining compliance with professional responsibility obligations.
