Compensation & Benefits

Taft offers a competitive starting salary for our new associates. Our starting salary, effective Jan. 1, 2025, is $215,000 in Chicago and Washington, DC, $200,000 in Minneapolis, $185,000 in Cleveland, and $175,000 in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Detroit, and Indianapolis.
