Sr. Associate/Jr. Partner - Energy

Taft is looking for a team-oriented  senior associate or junior partner to join our Energy group in the Atlanta, D.C., or Colorado offices.

Taft Law seeks a team-oriented junior partner or senior associate (minimum 6 years’ experience) to join the Energy Practice Group in our D.C., Colorado, or Atlanta offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear regulatory law, including NRC appearances, licensing and relicensing of nuclear power projects, and site planning for nuclear facilities. Experience with regulatory compliance, project transactions, and environmental permitting is required. Candidates should excel at collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and advising energy-sector clients. Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $212,500-300,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on office location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
