Receptionist (Cincinnati)

We are looking for an energetic, customer-service focused Receptionist to serve in Taft’s Cincinnati office.
We are seeking a Receptionist to support our Cincinnati office. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent client service to internal and external clients and stakeholders. This includes greeting guests to the Firm; answering telephones; taking and relaying messages; clearly and concisely providing directions and information to callers and guests; scheduling meetings; routing FedEx and other incoming mail; managing “front office” tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrates polish and professionalism in all duties and interactions with others.
- Demonstrates ability to take charge of situations while remaining polite and efficient.
- Represents Taft with an outstanding, professional demeanor: you are the face of Taft.
- Responsible for managing hospitality tasks, including overseeing the completion of daily tasks such as checking conference rooms; coordinating with Information Technology to set up video conferencing and audio needs; communicating with Hospitality team for timely meeting set-ups and breakdowns; checking conference rooms and kitchens to ensure that all are stocked and tidy; checking inventory of all necessary items for conference centers and kitchens.
