High School Internship (Atlanta)

We are seeking highly motivated students who have successfully completed the 10th grade, have at least a B average, and have an interest in the practice of law.

Taft’s High School Internship Program for Atlanta Area Students is a two-week in-house internship that will commence on June 1, 2026, and will end on June 12, 2026.

The internship program will give the chosen students a brief overview of the inner workings of a law firm. We are looking for confident, well-adjusted, self-starters who have a genuine interest in the law. Student participants will spend 30 hours per week participating in workshops, student presentations, and project assignments. Each participant is expected to participate on each business day of the program during the scheduled hours, for which they will receive $300.00 for each completed week. Missing portions of the program will result in a pro-rated weekly payment amount.

Please note that the teacher reference in the application and the required letter of recommendation are two separate documents to be completed by two separate individuals. In addition to the application submission, you will have to make yourself available for an interview during the week of May 4-May 8, 2026.
