Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Corporate practice in the West Palm Beach office.
Taft is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3+ years of experience in corporate to join our growing practice in West Palm Beach. Candidates must have experience working both collaboratively and independently managing components of transactions. Specifically, we are interested in candidates with substantive, sophisticated corporate experience, including entity formation & governance, business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private placements. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
