Associate - Project Finance/M&A

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Project Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, or Chicago office.

Taft is seeking a 3rd – 7th year Associate with experience in Project Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions. This role focuses on energy project finance and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions matters. Candidates preferably have a strong background in project finance transactions, with the ability to handle significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents.

The salary range for this position is $220,000 -$345,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
