Associate - Litigation (Detroit)

Taft is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Detroit office.
Taft is seeking an associate with 5-6 years of complex litigation experience, including: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, courtroom appearances including arguing motions, handling depositions, handling trials, and arbitration hearings (first or second chair), and developing, researching, and executing overall case strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $255,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on office location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
