Taft is seeking an Associate to join its Employment and Labor Relations practice group in the Denver office.
Taft is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its comprehensive Employment and Labor Relations practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment-related litigation matters, including responding to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and state or local agencies, managing discovery, and drafting dispositive motions. Candidates should also have experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues, drafting employee handbooks and other employment-related documents, and assisting clients with compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Candidates should have exceptional academic and professional credentials, along with superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $220,000 – $280,000/year, with compensation within that range based on experience and qualifications.
