Taft is seeking a team-oriented Associate to join our Business group in the Chicago office.
Taft is seeking a team-oriented Associate with Corporate and M&A and/or VC experience to join our Business practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling substantive corporate and transactional matters. Candidates should have strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage deal execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions across a broad range of industries.

Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
