On Jan. 1, 2025, Taft merged with Sherman & Howard, forming Taft’s Las Vegas office. Focusing on public finance and economic development, our attorneys serve in a variety of roles including bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel, for billions of dollars in municipal and public financing projects like airports, medical facilities, affordable housing, cultural centers, utilities, schools, educational institutions, professional sports facilities, convention centers, streets, highways, and transit stations.
