Tom Schiffert

As director of administrative services, Tom oversees and assists firm operations including mail services hospitality, reception, records, practice assistants, and research services. Tom focuses on the efficiencies and internal processes of the offices by streamlining operations, managing facilities, and ensuring that every resource is available for our attorneys and staff. He collaborates with other department leaders to implement policies and procedures that help the offices run smoothly.

Tom earned his master’s degree in library science from the University at Buffalo and his bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Brockport.
