Summary

As director of public affairs, Todd focuses on municipal relations, working with Indiana counties, cities, towns, and townships in a wide range of matters. He has nearly 30 years of experience in public service ranging from public safety to executive administration.

Prior to joining Taft, Todd served as the Chief of Staff for the city of Westfield, Indiana where he led daily operations, managed fiscal policies, and helped shape the significant transformation of the community. In this role, he amassed a diverse experience portfolio that includes operational leadership, economic development, project management, and public-private partnerships. Most notably, Todd helped lead the development and operations of Grand Park, one of the country’s largest youth sports complexes.

With his local government experience and accomplishments, Todd offers a value-add dimension to local governments across the state.
