Seth focuses his practice on compliance, trademark prosecution and litigation, and commercial litigation.
Seth also manages Taft’s third-party due diligence screening program. This includes conducting screens of potential third-parties for corporate clients and investigating and resolving any red flags that come up during the screening process.
Seth received a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Indianapolis in 2011. He received a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2018 where he was involved with the Appellate Clinic, Guantanamo Bay Fair Trial Project, and IU Wills Program.
Prior to joining Taft as a legal intern in 2015, Seth was a sales associate for a major orthopedic manufacturing company.
