
Summary
Samantha is an attorney who focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation. She handles all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial, and represents clients in mediation and arbitration.
Samantha’s experience includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, where she prosecuted felony cases and worked in the Special Victims Unit. She later joined a national law firm, defending clients in medical malpractice, aging services, personal injury, liability, and negligence litigation. Samantha is active in the legal community, previously serving as Secretary of the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association.
A Miami native who is bilingual in English and Spanish, Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Carnegie Mellon University. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was Lead Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review, competed in Moot Court, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
