Roy E. Fitzgerald, III

Summary

Roy is a partner in Taft’s Commercial Litigation practice in West Palm Beach. He was one of the founding members of Mrachek Law, which merged with Taft in June 2025.

He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is restricted to the top one percent of trial lawyers in each state. He is also a Board-Certified Specialist in Business Litigation Law by the Florida Bar.

Roy focuses his practice on commercial litigation, civil appeals, business torts, and breaches of contract.
