Rachel is a member of Taft's paralegal team focused on general corporate law. Her role includes assisting with entity formation, general business operations and records maintenance for foreign and domestic corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She also assists attorneys with gaming licensing in multiple jurisdictions, organizing due diligence, preparing documents and overseeing paperwork administration for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other regulatory bodies.
Rachel received her bachelor's degree in professional studies and her associate's degree in paralegal studies from Robert Morris University.
