Paul Obszanski

Paul focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He counsels private equity and venture capital firms in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Paul advises high-growth companies and mature companies on acquisitions, dispositions, series seed financings, venture capital finance transactions, and other strategic transactions and general corporate matters. He has experience in financing transactions and loan documentation.

Prior to attending law school, Paul worked as a Senior Associate at PwC LLP in Indianapolis. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant.
