Summary

Patricia is a paralegal in Taft’s Litigation practice group. With more than 40 years of experience in virtually every facet of litigation, Patricia has supported attorneys and clients in antitrust, product liability, construction, labor and employment, insurance, and patent litigation.

She has experience with Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, in which her scope includes prediscovery phases through trial and appeal. She is proficient in case management, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, managing large document databases, research, and serving as the lead paralegal on numerous trials throughout the country, in U.S. District Courts, and in various state courts.
