Pam serves as Taft’s Chief Human Resources Officer, with overall responsibility for human resources policies, procedures and programs.
As a member of the senior administrative team, Pam is involved in a number of firm initiatives. In her role, she oversees:
- Training and professional development.
- Administrative staffing.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Policy development.
- Employee relations.
With more than 25 years of experience, Pam also provides management-training services. She creates and delivers practical management training how-to programs specifically designed to teach effective employee management, within the confines of the law, to executives, managers and supervisors.
In addition to her role as Taft’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Pam is an active practicing partner in the firm's Employment Law and Labor Law groups. She represents employers in all aspects of their relationship with employees. Pam is experienced providing counsel on issues including defense of harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits, negotiations for private and public labor contracts, interpretation and arbitration, and legal compliance advice on a variety of employment related matters.
