Summary

Mira is a litigator, a qualified Rule 114 ADR Neutral and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Her practice includes copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and business litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mira brings her executive and international professional experience prior to attending law school to understand each client’s objectives, to counsel and advocate for her clients through litigation, mediation, arbitration, or the combination of approaches a particular goal may require.

Mira earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude, and her certification in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London, UK. Mira entered law school as a Mitchell Fellow, received the CALI award in torts, and won the Kirwin Prize for Representation and Ethics. She has recently been elected to the Governing Council of Minnesota State Bar Association’s ADR Section. 

While in law school, Mira worked as a legal linguistic expert, consultant to the National Center for State Courts, cultural and linguistic proficiency expert for multi-national companies, and volunteered as a tutor and consultant on public policy matters. She was also selected as advocate in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition in Vienna, Austria, a Student Ambassador, and as a member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court.
