Summary
Michelle is a skilled family law attorney in our Domestic Relations practice group. Michelle focuses her practice on matters including routine and complex divorces, custody, child support, paternity, property division, and post-judgment matters for individuals and families of all estate sizes. She recognizes that it is a very challenging time for her clients and works to reduce the unknown and alleviate as much stress as possible for them. She is a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate when contested litigation cannot be avoided.
Prior to joining Taft, Michelle served as a staff attorney at the New York City Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice, for eight years where she represented children in matters involving child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, juvenile delinquency, custody and guardianship, and persons in need of supervision.
