Maggie F. Pollitt

Maggie is an attorney at Taft, where she focuses her practice on the transactional, regulatory, and business aspects of health care law. She counsels a variety of health and life sciences clients, including hospitals, physician groups, research organizations, and medical device companies. Prior to joining Taft, she was a legal extern for a large hospital organization.

Maggie earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. During law school, she was a member of Moot Court and wrote for Legally Speaking Ohio, a blog by Mariana Bettman, a former Ohio state court of appeals judge. She received her B.S. in biomedical sciences from Morehead State University, summa cum laude.
