Lauren E. Anderson

Lauren is senior counsel in the Real Estate practice group and is based out of Taft Chicago. Her practice focuses on asset-based and real estate-based commercial lending, commercial real estate transactions, and assisting her banking and borrower clients in the structure and negotiation of deal terms. Lauren’s clients include various financial institutions, private lenders, borrowers, developers and other businesses involved in a variety of transactions including, senior and subordinate financing, long and short-term debt, revolving, term, mortgage and mezzanine loans, development and construction lending throughout the country, acquisition and disposition of property, leasing, and other commercial finance and real estate agreements.

She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College.
