Summary

Kim focuses her practice primarily on business transactions, corporate matters and regulatory issues, with particular emphasis on assisted living, home health, skilled nursing, supported living and other long-term health services.

Prior to joining Taft, Kim served as the director of the Indiana State Department of Health’s Long-Term Care Division, where she led the daily operations for regulating nursing homes, residential care facilities, Life Safety Code and supervised group living facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
