Before his government service, Joe was an attorney at a national law firm, where he focused on tax, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. And prior to becoming an attorney, Joe worked in management, accounting, operations, and technology roles for over a decade in diverse industries including transportation and telecommunications.
Joe earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, as well as an MBA in finance from The University of Akron.
