Gregory T. Obloy

Greg counsels clients in all aspects of real estate and business law. He assists real estate developers, owners, and operators with their commercial real estate acquisitions, due diligence, financing, leasing, and dispositions. In addition, he assists clients in their real estate syndications and joint ventures.

The real property involved in Greg’s activities includes unimproved land, office buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings, local and regional retail shopping centers, and single- and multi-family residential developments. He has significant experience in zoning and land use matters, where he has been able to secure land use entitlements for his clients from local municipalities and other governmental agencies.
