Gary is a litigator who has broad experience as a trial lawyer, from civil rights cases to complex commercial litigation. He is also a registered mediator.

During his career in trial practice, Gary has tried to judgment or verdict cases involving patent, anti-trust, copyright infringement (software), product liability, premises liability, environmental contamination, personal injury, common carrier liability, commercial contract issues, wrongful death, psychiatric, malpractice and civil rights claims, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, he has litigated other matters across a wide range of legal topics.

In each case, Gary consistently applies his methodology of trial practice: analyze, investigate, organize and prepare optimal trial presentation.
