Erin focuses her practice on litigating employment disputes. She routinely handles matters at the administrative level as well as in state and federal court, so she is well-versed in issues related to internal investigations and agency reviews, as well as motion practice, discovery, preliminary injunctions and resolution. Erin has litigated employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment and wage and hour claims arising under various state and federal statutes. In addition, she has successfully resolved matters regarding non-competition agreements and trade secret obligations. Erin also provides day-to-day counseling for her clients on compliance issues and creates affirmative action plans for federal contractors.
Aside from her experience with employment matters, Erin also handles eminent domain disputes for both local municipalities and landowners.
Erin previously spent an extended period of time living in, and working remotely from, Argentina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Serbia and Spain, which fostered a sense of creativity and adaptability that influences Erin’s practice. Erin was also a member of the 2018 Hamilton County Leadership Academy class.
Erin received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, her MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
