
Summary
Emma is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation department, focusing on domestic relations matters. She has assisted in most facets of family law proceedings including pre- and post-decree matters, allocation of parental responsibility cases, and Hague Convention matters. She conducts fact investigation and research, assists in drafting and finalizing legal documents, manages document organization and case files, and maintains client relationships. Prior to joining the firm, Emma gained experience as a family law paralegal at a Denver law firm.
Emma received her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she interned with Calvary Women’s Services in Washington D.C.
