Eleanor L. German

Eleanor focuses her practice on business law. She represents public and private companies in matters related to commercial financing transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Taft, Eleanor was an attorney in the Financial Markets group at an international law firm. Eleanor earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a notes and submissions editor for Notre Dame Law Review. She received her master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and her bachelor’s degree with highest honors in art history from Williams College.
