Cristina represents clients in federal and state courts across the country in litigation involving a full range of IP-related issues, including trademark, trade dress, patent, copyright, and trade secret matters. Cristina’s litigation experience extends, further, to complex commercial disputes and product liability defense work. Outside of the courtroom, Cristina regularly advises clients on trademark application and enforcement issues, often representing their interests before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Active in the community, Cristina serves as the Vice President of the Women4Change Leadership Series (W4CLS) Board of Directors, a non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization devoted to mentoring and empowering women to achieve greater political leadership and civic engagement at the local, state and federal levels. Under the W4CLS umbrella, Cristina is the programming chair for the annual Ready to Run Indiana conference, a non-partisan initiative to encourage and train women interested in seeking office, as well as inform and educate those interest in supporting women in leadership.
Cristina received her B.A., with distinction, from Purdue University and J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she attended as an Indiana Dean’s Scholar. While in law school, Cristina served as a student representative on the Admissions Selection Committee, was a notes editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, and provided mentorship to first-year law students as a practice group advisor during her second and third years.
