Chris Kenney

Chris advises companies on a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and securities. Chris has experience overseeing diligence and drafting for M&A transactions, corporate and nonprofit governance, and counseling clients through a variety of commercial contract and other general corporate matters. Additionally, Chris advises clients in government contracts and aerospace and defense programs, including space law matters, supply chain, and compliance.

Chris attended law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and prior to attending law school, Chris served in the United States Army.
