Carrie Pytynia Leibering

Carrie focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and lending. Carrie represents banks, life insurance companies, mortgage loan servicers, and other financial institutions in complex real estate transactions including construction loans, permanent loans, loan modifications, and loan assumptions. She advises real estate developers on the construction and development of office, multifamily, retail, and hotel properties. Carrie also assists clients with a wide variety of real estate transactions including property acquisition and disposition and commercial lease negotiations.

Carrie graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where she served as Student Writing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. Before attending law school, Carrie attended Vanderbilt University and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with a major in Political Science and minors in Spanish and Corporate Strategy.
