Summary
Bryan is responsible for analyzing the firm’s business processes, designing effective attorney dashboards for key performance indicators, developing financial reports and models to support the firm’s priorities, and coordinating with the firm’s IT and Strategy departments to develop effective pricing strategies and service delivery against budgets. Bryan also manages the day-to-day accounting systems operations and reporting staff.
Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant and brings 10 years of accounting and finance experience to the firm.
