Summary
Brandon is a member of Taft's Commercial Litigation group. Prior to joining Taft in 2020, he served for three years as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. In that role, he prosecuted general felony cases and argued cases before the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas and the Eighth District Court of Appeals.
For five years, Brandon served as a law clerk, assisting a solo practitioner with documentation for federal, civil, and criminal cases.
Brandon is recognized by 2022 Best Lawyers® as “Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense: White-Collar Law. He received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2017. He was the recipient of the Law and Justice Scholarship and was a member of the Black Law Student Association. Brandon earned a B.A. from Bethel College.
