Bill Williams

Director of Operations Dayton


As director of operations, Bill manages the office administration team and support staff at Taft’s Dayton office. He works directly with the partner-in-charge and office leadership to facilitate a positive and productive work environment for both staff and attorneys.

Bill brings over 20 years of experience leading teams and overseeing multi-site facilities. With a focus on project development, finance, logistics, and customer service operations for high-growth in the public and private sector, Bill's successes include leading a $2 million office build during his time at WilmerHale.

Bill is a highly decorated retired Air Force chief master sergeant. He received his B.S. in human ecology, general dietetics from Hampton University.
