Bailey Whitsitt

Bailey Whitsitt is an associate in Taft's Employment and Labor Relations Group in Chicago.

Prior to joining Taft, Bailey was an associate with a well-known regional firm, assisting clients in various commercial litigation and employment matters.

Bailey earned her J.D. cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she received a certificate in trial advocacy. While in law school, Bailey was the captain of the Civil Mock Trial Team, a staff editor for the Consumer Law Review, and president of Loyola’s American Constitution Society. Bailey earned her bachelor's degree in political science from Iowa State University.
