Summary
Andrew focuses his practice on federal, state, and local taxation. He counsels clients on various matters, including tax controversy and litigation, credits and incentives, audits, appeals, planning, and administrative tax proceedings. Andrew also advises clients regarding business formation, transaction, and structuring issues.
Prior to joining Taft, Andrew managed state and local taxes and incentives at a Fortune 20 multinational bank; he started his career in the National Tax Department at a Big 4 consulting firm.
Andrew obtained his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University, J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and Master in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Andrew is active in many community and professional organizations including LifeCare Alliance and the New Albany Thanks For Giving 4 Miler.
