Summary

As a member of Taft’s Litigation practice group, Aaron assists clients in resolving a wide variety of business and commercial litigation issues. He gained valuable litigation experience by completing two clerkships in the federal judiciary. Most recently, Aaron worked in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he clerked for the Honorable Chad A. Readler. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable George C. Smith in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. These experiences enable Aaron to provide an important perspective when clients face disputes.

Before joining Taft, Aaron worked as an associate at an international law firm in Chicago where he supported all elements of corporate private equity transactions. This included drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, performing due diligence and writing related reports, and providing post-transaction counsel. He also assisted clients with entity formation, corporate compliance, and preparing equity grant and capitalization documentation. His prior work experience uniquely positions him to advise corporate clients and startup entities throughout their day-to-day corporate activities and when they face disputes.

Aaron is a 2017 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He was an editor on the Ohio State Law Journal and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts, Evidence, and Contracts II.
