Taft Minneapolis attorney Greg Vichot recently presented at the Minnesota CLE program, “Last Steps: How to Distribute Assets and Close the Estate.” During the presentation, Vichot highlighted key considerations regarding estate closure and distribution, including how to properly distribute various types of assets, select the optimal method for closing an estate, and the procedures required for each option.

Vichot is an attorney in Taft’s Private Client practice group and focuses his practice on estate planning, will and trust drafting, and business entity organization. He helps clients manage their estate planning objectives by facilitating asset transfers and minimizing tax costs through drafting and organizing a variety of estate planning vehicles.
