Taft Welcomes Associate Alex F. Bauer
Alex F. Bauer has joined Taft as an associate in Minneapolis. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general commercial and corporate law.
Before joining the firm, Alex was an associate at a prominent New York law firm, where he represented private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He is currently licensed in New York.
Alex earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, earned the Dean’s Scholar Prize for Civil Procedure, and served as vice president of the Federalist Society. He earned his B.S. in finance, investment & banking, and real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
