Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is pleased to announce that two associate attorneys have joined the firm’s Cleveland office in the Litigation and Business & Finance practices.
Alanna C. Guy focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including commercial agreements, equity incentive planning and corporate governance. Guy served as a summer associate at Taft in 2017. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2018 and received her undergraduate degree from Centre College.
Josh M. Mandel is a member of the Litigation group and focuses his practice on business and commercial disputes. He served as a Taft summer associate in 2017. Mandel earned his B.A. in Sociology from Oberlin College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018.
